There are two areas where you might record a workout — the Whiteboard or the Personal Logbook.
If you perform a workout as part of a gym or CrossFit community, but have an empty Whiteboard, you will need to schedule a workout. If you perform a workout on your own, then you will log that workout in your Personal Logbook.
If you want to schedule a WOD in the Whiteboard select "Add a Workout"
If you want to Log a WOD in your Personal Logbook, Select "Log a workout"
